What We Take On
Not every opening is a rectangle, and not every job is a catalog part. We build frames, doors and windows with true radius corners or compound curvature, matched to the structure you already have rather than squared off to make fabrication easier. Curved windshields and wraparound glazing are built as complete assemblies, with frame, glass and seal engineered together instead of sourced separately and made to fit on the pier. We glaze operator cabs and equipment enclosures for offshore and industrial marine work, where sightlines and impact resistance both govern, and we integrate rotating clear-view screens, wiper systems and heated glazing into new or existing openings. When the surrounding steel has to stay put, we fabricate replacement frames, coamings and bulkhead interfaces to match the existing structural detail, so nothing has to be re-cored or modified. There is no minimum quantity. We will build one to prove the detail before a production run.
Reverse Engineering
A large share of what we build replaces units from companies that no longer exist, where nobody has a drawing and the original part number means nothing to anyone.
Send us the failed part, or photographs and a few measurements. We measure it, produce a drawing, and fabricate a replacement that fits the opening you already have. You get the drawing too, so the next replacement is straightforward.

FAQ
Can you work without drawings?
Yes, and it is most of what we do here. Send the failed part or clear photographs with a few reference dimensions. We take the measurements, produce a drawing for your approval, and fabricate from that. You keep the drawing, which makes the next replacement straightforward.
Do you have a minimum quantity?
No. Single units are normal work for us, and we will often build one to prove a detail before committing to a run. One-offs carry a higher unit cost than a batch because the setup is the same either way, and we say so at quote rather than burying it.
How do you quote when the scope isn't clear yet?
We quote in two steps. First a budget range based on what you have sent, so you know roughly where this lands before spending time on it. Then a firm price once we have measured and produced a drawing you have approved. You are not committed between those two points.
Can you match a unit from a manufacturer that's out of business?
Yes, and it is a large share of our work. Ship us the old unit or send photographs with dimensions. Original part numbers are usually meaningless by this point, so we work from the physical part rather than trying to trace a catalogue that no longer exists.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. We fabricate in Hialeah and ship nationwide, including to yards and government facilities well outside the region. Drawing review, measurement from your photographs, and quoting are all handled remotely.
