Fixed Windows
Manual or electric full-drop units that retract clear of the opening for unobstructed sightlines.
Fixed, sliding, hinged, full-drop, formed windshields and portlights — drawn to your vessel’s specification and manufactured to the opening you already have.
Six configurations. Every card carries the same specification rows so you can compare down a column.

Horizontal sliders with drained sills, for wheelhouse ventilation and side-deck access.
Side and top-hinged opening windows with dogged hardware for weathertight closure.

Formed glass windshields and wraparound glazing for sportfish, patrol craft and crane cabs — including replacement of curved units other shops decline to quote.
Round and rectangular portlights, fixed or opening, flush or raised, with dogged hardware.
Glazing is specified separately from the frame. Any option below can be built into any window type above.
Thermally toughened safety glass. The standard specification for most marine openings.
Two or more plies bonded to an interlayer that retains fragments if the pane is broken.
Sealed double-glazed units with a spacer cavity to reduce heat transfer and condensation.
Electrically heated laminates that clear fog and ice from the inboard face.
Ceramic frit border fired into the glass for bonded installations and a finished edge.
Solar bronze, solar grey and solex green tints to cut glare and solar gain.
Surface treatment that sheds water at speed and reduces salt deposit build-up.
Lighter-weight glazing with abrasion and UV-resistant coatings where weight governs.
5000 and 6000-series extrusion. The standard frame material for most applications — light, corrosion-resistant and readily formed to radius.
Specified where strength, fire performance or appearance governs, and common on commercial and government work.
Traditional cast bronze frames for classic and restoration work.
Colour chips below are placeholders. Photograph real samples — powder coat texture does not read as flat colour.
Powder coat matched to your yard’s specification or an existing unit. Send a chip or a RAL number with your drawings.
ISO 3903; ISO 21005; ISO 12216.
Applicable IMO, SOLAS and FTP Code provisions; applicable U.S. Coast Guard requirements under Title 46 CFR.
Most of what we build replaces a unit that failed. We match existing patterns where they exist, or manufacture to your dimensions and radiuses so the new unit integrates with the cabin structure you have.
Opening height and width, corner radius, sill height, bulkhead thickness and the existing frame detail.
Upload measurements, photographs, drawings or the template. Photograph the failed unit in place if you can.
Drawing review within one business day. We confirm fit and glazing specification before anything is cut.
Built, glazed, checked against the drawing and crated. Installation and on-site support available.
We build to recognised marine glazing standards. Class approval is available on request for commercial and government work.
Built to these construction requirements, with class approval available on request. Strengthen only for societies where a current type-approval certificate is held on file.
Tempered or laminated glass is the default for most marine openings: it resists abrasion, stays optically clear for decades and meets the recognised standards. Acrylic and polycarbonate are lighter and more impact-tolerant, which matters on weight-critical or high-impact openings, but they scratch and yellow without coatings. Send your service conditions and we will recommend rather than guess.
At minimum: opening height and width, corner radius, wall or bulkhead thickness, and whether the unit is fixed or opening. Photographs of the existing unit in place help considerably. A card template is the most accurate option for radius corners and curved openings. DWG, PDF, JPG and PNG all upload fine.
Measure the opening at its widest and tallest points, then find the radius by matching the corner against a set of drawn arcs — our measuring guide includes a printable radius gauge. If the corner falls between two sizes, send a template instead of guessing; a radius error is the most common cause of a unit that will not seat.
Lead time varies by configuration and glazing. Standard fixed and sliding units typically ship in — to — weeks from drawing approval; formed windshields and heated laminates run longer. We confirm a date at quote, not after the order.
Both. Units are crated and shipped nationwide, and installation with on-site support is available. For refit work in South Florida we can measure on site.
Yes. We manufacture in Hialeah and ship nationwide, including to yards and government facilities outside the region. Drawing review and quoting are handled remotely.
